Delivery
The delivery within Lithuania cost 5 EUR, within EU shipment cost 20 EUR. We offer free delivery to Lithuania if minimum basket amount is 100 EUR. To the European Union countries free delivery if minimum of basket amount is 300 EUR. When order is placed, we send a confirmation by email. After we ship the goods, we send a final email notice. The delivery time within 2-10 working days.
Taxes and duties
For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.
Returns
We do not offer free returns. Returns within Lithuania are 5 EUR, within EU shipment costs 20 EUR. The order can be returned within 14 days after you receive the order, in the same original condition, and with the labeling.
European Union returns:
The returned products have to be placed it in a box together with filled returns form.
Attach the printed label (you received it with the shipment) to your parcel and drop your shipment at the nearest Venipak or write an email to hello@atletikawear.com with your order no., pickup adress and contact details, your preferred working day for pickup and we will order a Venipak courier to pick up your shipment.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
